Hi, I'm Jason
a learner-centered instructional designer with expertise in producing instructor-led, virtual instructor-led (ILT | VILT), as well as self-directed (asynchronous) training solutions. These creative learning experiences are refined and validated through formative and summative evaluations that reflect my strong commitment to a data-driven, iterative design approach.
I am comfortable with all aspects of the full cycle ID process, from assessment to evaluation. In addition to the ADDIE model, my work makes use of agile approaches that include SAM, the Kemp Design model, and the human-centered Design Thinking framework.
